How is Honu Life Apparel Made? 

Honu Life apparel is cut, sewn, and manufactured in Central America.  We are committed to the highest standards of excellence at every level.  Our products are all CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant tested and our factories are WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified.  We care about each and every individual we work with and have a great love for the environment (we do not ship in or use any type of plastic poly bags….bad for the HONU).  We take social responsibility and social awareness to the next level in everything we do! 

If a Style is Currently Out of Stock What Can I Do?

No worries! Should you find there is a particular Honu Life apparel item is not currently in stock, simply enter your email where prompted on any product page and we'll notify you via email the moment that item is available for purchase. 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Easily; just login into 'Track My Order' and follow the simple instructions on that page. 

I Forgot My Password; How Do I Login?

To reset your www.honulife.com visit the 'My Account' page to change your password. Simply enter your email address under "sign in". You will then select "forgot password" to receive the password reset link.

My Order Status Says 'Delivered' But I Haven't Received It; What Can I Do?

Honu Life will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangements to receive your package. Honu Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service office immediately and submit your concern in the form provided to file a lost package claim. 

Do You Offer Promotions and Discount Codes?

Honu Life will from time to time notify our customers of a special, limited time promotion or discount available for any online sale. Unless otherwise specified, discount codes can not be combined with any other promotion, special offer or e-card. Promotional codes may be limited to specific styles and price points. These discount codes may have a limited time use or, expiration date and must be redeemed within a Honu Life online account.

Does Honu Life Offer Gift Cards?

We do! Honu Life e-cards are a fun and convenient way to give that perfect gift to someone you really want to experience the Honu Life. Our e-cards are sold in increments between $50.00 and $200.00. Our e-cards are sent directly to the customers email address within 24 hours of purchase. To purchase your e-card please visit our Honu Life Gift Card page.

Please note; e-cards cannot be combined with any other giftcard, discount or, special offer. These cards are redeemable on all Honu Life items unless otherwise specified and cannot be replaced or recovered once used.

At this time Honu Life accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and we also invite customers to use Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal for their convenience.
